Community Work & Legacy

Before Critical Graffix existed as a formal business, many design projects were created in support of local organizations, charities, and community-driven events throughout Dudley, Massachusetts.

The Dudley Lions Club car-show posters represent some of the earliest large-scale public-facing design work produced under real deadlines and real-world conditions. The goal was never simply decoration. These pieces were designed to attract attention, communicate quickly, and help increase attendance for fundraising events that supported local charitable causes.

Although the Dudley Lions Club has since disbanded, the organization played an important role in community fundraising and civic engagement for many years. These posters remain part of that history and serve as an early example of community-centered design work that combined illustration, branding, typography, and event promotion.
